FRIEDMAN ANNOUNCES NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR - ASSET MANAGEMENT

Farmington Hills, Michigan (May 20, 2016) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce that William S. Panos, ESQ has joined the company as Managing Director – Asset Management.

As Managing Director, Bill will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of all owned commercial real estate. He will perform due diligence for acquisitions and/or property takeovers, review property operations, and work with the operational teams to add value to the properties he oversees.

Prior to joining Friedman, Bill spent 15 years at Minasian Development Corporation where he specialized in leasing, asset management & financing for multiple projects. With more than twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, Panos brings a wealth of expertise to his new position at Friedman. Bill received his BA in Business Administration from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Law.
