Farmington Hills, MI – (April 18, 2024) Friedman Real Estate, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, was given Costar Group’s Lease of The Year award for the consolidation and relocation of Guardian Alarm’s new Michigan HQ. Friedman facilitated the consolidation and relocation of Guardian Alarm’s former headquarters to a new 37,111 SF office space at 26711 Northwestern Highway in Southfield, Michigan. In early 2023, Friedman sold Guardian Alarm’s 66,000 SF former office buildings at the intersection of 8 Mile Road and the Southfield Freeway. Guardian Alarm utilized Premier Construction and Design services to create their new space for today’s modern workforce. Friedman Vice President Dan Verderbar completed the sale, relocation, and new lease for Guardian Alarm.
