FRIEDMAN’S STEVEN SILVERMAN SELLS 29,900 SF DETROIT OFFICE BUILDING AT AUCTION

Farmington Hills, Michigan (August 7, 2017) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently sold a 29,900 square-foot office building at auction, located at 17330 Greydale Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. The seller, Greydale Detroit LLC, sold the building to Grand MZ Holding, LLC .

“The building was constructed in 1977 as a build-to-suit for the State of Michigan’s Department of Human Services,” said Steven Silverman. “The property has sat vacant since the government agency left the building last year. The new ownership group plans to completely renovate the property and re-purpose it for office or general commercial use.”
