FRIEDMAN’S STEVEN SILVERMAN SELLS 160,000 SF RE-DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY IN YPSILANTI, MI AT AUCTION

Posted on August 21, 2018

Farmington Hills, Michigan (August 21, 2018) – Friedman Real Estate, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently sold Gault Village Marketplace, a 160,000 SF Re-Development site located at 1005-1075 Emerick Street in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Gault Village Realty, LLC sold the building to GV, LLC.

“This transaction took well over a year to finalize. There were several local municipality matters that needed to be fully resolved prior to closing. In the end, the out-of-state Seller was able to exit the property to an out-of-state Buyer who plans on making significant improvements to the property. This is exciting news for Ypsilanti and all nearby residents and businesses.” Said Silverman

Steven Silverman, Associate, Investment Advisory Services, at Friedman represented both the seller and the purchaser in this transaction.
