Farmington Hills, Michigan (June 28, 2017) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently facilitated a 4,100 square-foot industrial/flex space sale-leaseback located at 3950 W 11 Mile Rd in Berkley, Michigan. The seller, Resource Properties LLC, sold the building to Blue Horseshoe 3950, LLC.
