The seller, Achala Investments of FL LLC & Kalpana Group Inc, sold the property to Vietnamese Buddhist Culture Center of Florida.

The Buddhist Cultural Center, which opened in Davie three years ago adjacent to the Subject property, purchased the land to expand the Cultural Center by adding a residence for monks. “This was a great opportunity for a local organization to acquire the land they needed at a great price to help expand their operations,” said Daniel Otten of Friedman.
