Robert joined Friedman Real Estate in November 1990, continuing a distinguished career in commercial real estate. He began at the Carl Rosman Company in 1975, and founded his own firm, Morris & Moon Real Estate Group, Inc. in 1982. Robert specializes in development, lease negotiation and consulting. In addition to such developers as Etkin & Company at Bingham Center and The Beznos Company at the United Savings Building and TriAtria Officenter, he has also represented Carsons Business Interiors for a 55,000 square feet build-to-suit office requirement, Merrill Lynch for 30,000 square feet, Unisys for 60,000 square feet and Cincinnati Milacron for 43,000 square feet, Throughout his career, he has been responsible for over 4,000,000 square feet of tenant relocation. Robert attended Macomb Community College where he majored in Engineering.
Robert has 46 years specializing in the leasing and sale of office properties. He also has extensive experience representing landlords and property managers in turn-around situations, successfully leasing and underperforming properties such as: Crown Office Village, Madison Heights; a 61,000 square feet office park, Pineview Office Park; a 46,000 square feet office condominium development in Farmington Hills; and currently, Regency Office Park in Southfield. Mr. Moon has also been retained for the leasing and redevelopment of several medical facilities for Providence Hospital, Detroit Medical Centers and St. Johns.
