Mike Giudici
Director - Commercial Property Management
As Director of Commercial Property Management, Mike is currently responsible for the oversight of a commercial property portfolio consisting of over 5 million square feet of office, retail, medical, industrial, and parking assets. Mike has over 15 years of commercial management experience, and prior to joining Friedman, he spent the last decade managing mixed-use Class A high-rise towers in Detroit’s Central Business District. Mike is a three-time BOMA Toby award winner and holds both CPM and RPA designations. He has extensive experience in managing complex assets, budgeting, capital planning, and execution, and excels in developing long-term relationships with property owners and tenants through customer-oriented service, solving problems, and creating value.
