Farmington Hills, MI (March 22nd, 2024) – Friedman Real Estate’s Peter Jankowski and Rich Deptula recently facilitated the sale of Riverside Townhomes, located at 14221 Park Street in Gibraltar, Michigan. The 136-unit property was sold to ARCO Real Estate Company at a price of  $17,125,000 ($125,919 per unit). Friedman represented the seller and the buyer in this transaction.
