FRIEDMAN’S STEVEN SILVERMAN SELLS A 278,000 SF VALUE-ADD RETAIL CENTER IN LANSING, MI

Farmington Hills, Michigan (January 11, 2019) – Friedman Real Estate, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently sold Logan Square, a 277,802 retail center located at 3220 – 3222 Martin Luther King Blvd in Lansing, Michigan.  Meram Properties sold the property to Logan Capital, LLC. Tenants include Dollar Tree, Great Giant Supermarket, H&R Block and KFC.

Steven Silverman, Senior Vice President, Brokerage and Advisory Services, at Friedman represented both the seller and the buyer in this transaction.
