The lease includes a 22,489 square-foot building located at 4998 Dixie Highway in Waterford, Michigan.
This is the seventh location with additional locations expected in Michigan to come. “Crunch has more than 1 million members in more than 160 locations and is expanding in the U.S. and internationally,” said Stern.
