Farmington Hills, Michigan (February 1, 2019) – Friedman Real Estate, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently sold a 16 unit apartment building located at 2072 Wabash in Detroit’s Corktown Neighborhood. Altia Phoenix, LLC sold the property to 2072 Wabash, LLC.
