Friedman Negotiates the Lease of 6,000 SF in Troy

Farmington Hills, Michigan (June 22, 2012) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, the Midwest’s leading provider of commercial real estate services recently negotiated a lease of 6,000 SF of office space at the Strat Building, located at 2609 Crooks Road in Troy, Michigan.

The landlord, Thomas Strat, was represented by Steve Eisenshtadt, Vice President of Brokerage Services at Friedman in the lease to Byte & Mortar Offices, LLC.
