The landlord, Carlo LLC, was represented by Glenn N. DesRosiers, Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services at Friedman in the lease to Warner, Norcross & Judd, LLC. Kevin George, Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services at Friedman represented the tenant in the transaction.
