Maple in Troy, Michigan. The landlord, Stag Industrial, LLC leased the space to Cintas Corporation, an Ohio based company that provides specialized services to businesses, including the design and manufacturing of corporate identity uniform programs.
Larry Schultz, Associate of Brokerage Services at Friedman represented the landlord in the transaction. “The Troy market has seen an increase in interest for industrial-flex space in Troy due to improvements in the Michigan economy and commercial real estate market” said Schultz. “I am pleased to see that Cintas was able to find a space suitable for their needs.”
