The landlord, CB Penobscot, LLC leased the space to TWW Employment Solutions.
Up until the construction of the Renaissance Building in 1977, the Penobscot Building stood as Detroit’s tallest building, with 47 floors, for nearly half a century. Positioned in the center of Detroit’s business, sport and entertainment districts, this timeless landmark now stands as a symbol for the future of the city.
