FRIEDMAN FINANCE SECURES NON-RECOURSE BRIDGE LOAN FOR OFFICE BUILDING IN FARMINGTON HILLS, MICHIGAN

Farmington Hills, Michigan (December 10, 2019) – Friedman Finance is pleased to announce that it recently arranged a non-recourse loan secured by a 45,000 SF office building in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Ryan Denomme, Director of Friedman Finance, originated the loan through a private lender. The high leverage loan allowed the foreign sponsor to purchase its partner’s interest and provided funding for capital improvements and leasing commissions.
