Auburn Hills OKs redevelopment of Big Buck Brewery into fowling center, bar, restaurant

Plans to redevelop the former Big Buck Brewery building along I-75 in Auburn Hills into a “fowling” entertainment venue will move forward after the Auburn Hills City Council unanimously approved the site plans Monday night.

The venue, to be called The H.U.B. (Home of Urban Bowling) will represent a $3 million investment in the 26,545-square-foot space by the owner and developer Gary Tenaglia, CEO of Rochester-based Envision Electric Contracting LLC, according to a plan submitted to city council.

Stephanie Carroll, manager of business development and community relations for Auburn Hills, said the building, at 2550 Takata Dr., had been vacant for about 10 years.
