Farmington Hills, Michigan (January 11, 2018) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions proudly announces the promotion of Scott Shefman to the position of Executive Managing Director – Real Estate Operations. In this role, Scott will be responsible for ongoing strategy and oversight of the Brokerage/New Business Development, Commercial Property Management, Facilities Management, Leasing, and Construction and Design divisions. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Scott will provide valuable insight and decision making as Friedman continues its strategy of growth and expansion.
In his most recent role as Senior Managing Director – Acquisitions and Capital Markets, Scott has helped guide the company’s commercial real estate acquisition and financing initiatives and has served as a key participant on the business development team. Scott has been with Friedman for more than 18 years and has exhibited many years of progressive growth and leadership gained through his experience, interactions, and involvement with all the divisions he will now oversee.
