FRIEDMAN SELLS TWO RETAIL BUILDINGS TOTALING 30,445 SF IN LIGHTHOUSE POINT, FLORIDA

Deerfield Beach, Florida (August 2, 2017) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently sold two retail buildings in an off-market transaction. The properties were located at 5070 N. Federal Highway and 5056-5060 N. Federal Highway, in Lighthouse Point, Florida. The sellers, Lighthouse Point FP Inc and 5056 Federal LLC sold to 5060 Federal Investments, LLC and 5070 Federal Investments, LLC.
