FRIEDMAN SELLS 50% EQUITY INTEREST IN 105,184 SF INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN NOVI, MICHIGAN

Farmington Hills, Michigan (April 13, 2017) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently sold a 50% interest in Novi Technology Center. Hillside Investment Company, LLC purchased the ownership shares of The Galper Family Trust and became a 50% equity partner with Harvey Kleiman who is the original developer and owner of the property. The property will now be managed by Lakeshore Management Company, a division of Hillside.
