The lease includes a 25,345 square-foot building located at 2723 Oak Valley Drive in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
This is just the fifth location with additional locations expected in Michigan to come. “Crunch has more than 1 million members in more than 160 locations and is expanding in the U.S. and internationally,” said Stern.
