The landlord, OCHN, leased the space to Community Housing Network (CHN).
Community Housing Network is a nonprofit organization that provides housing and housing resources for: people who are homeless or facing homelessness, people with disabilities, people with low income, and other vulnerable residents of SE Michigan. They also create high-quality, rental residential communities with homes built and maintained to be appealing and affordable for hard-working families and individuals.
