Rick Tabbi joined the Friedman Real Estate brokerage team in April 2010. He focuses his efforts on commercial landlord and tenant representation for lease evaluation, new lease negotiations, and investment sales. He provides clients a full suite of services such as strategic lease renewals, site selection, transaction negotiation for build-to-suit requirements, and transaction management.
Before joining Friedman, he spent his time working with real estate development and as a bank loan officer. He currently has over 20 years of real estate experience with comprehensive knowledge of all the moving parts of the industry from the transaction services, site development, and loan services.
Rick attended Wayne State University and Grand Valley State University. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has a background in real estate development.
