Kyle Simon specializes in the acquisition and disposition of stabilized and value-add investment opportunities for clients nationwide. His transactional experience has included both traditional and auction sale formats. Through his extensive relationship network, Kyle has transacted on numerous investment opportunities across multiple asset-classes (retail, office, industrial, medical, and multi-family).
Kyle brings a unique service to his brokerage clients. Having attended Michigan State University’s College of Law, he helps his clients understand and mitigate the risks involved in complex investment transactions. For years Kyle has concentrated on securities regulation and mortgage finance. His deep understanding of the Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities market and various CRE financing methods helps him give his clients an edge.
Prior to joining Friedman, Kyle worked as an investment advisor where he specialized in sourcing deals for institutional clients, identifying up-legs for 1031 buyers, and executing sale-leaseback transactions. He also gained valuable experience in the retail leasing and tenant rep fields where he worked with several national retail accounts.
Kyle attended Michigan State University where he graduated with a BA and JD. Kyle is a licensed attorney as well as a real estate salesperson. A competitive individual, he enjoys Golf, Tennis, and Sport Clay shooting.
