Kevin has been actively involved with the sale and leasing of commercial special asset properties in the Metropolitan Detroit area since June of 2002.  He joined Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions  in October of 2000.

Kevin’s areas of expertise include seller representation for clients such as Chase Bank, Comerica Bank, Allied Capital, Charter One Bank, Huntington National Bank, 5th/3rd Bank Corp, TCF Bank and LNR Partners as well as the successful implementation of Project Management/Build-to-Suit programs and land sales for clients such as Bank of America, Centex Homes and Credit Union One.

During Kevin’s eleven years with Friedman, he has achieved the Outstanding Broker Award for 11 consecutive years. Kevin has recently been appointed to Senior Vice President of the Commercial Services Division and was recognized as the top grossing broker for Friedman Real Estate Group for the year 2009 and the majority of 2010 & 2011 completing over 200 sales transactions during the past 36 months, a Friedman record.  Additionally, Kevin was recently inducted into the Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame, Class of 2011.  Prior to joining the Friedman, Kevin was affiliated with Colliers International Real Estate Company where he was nationally ranked in the Commercial Sales Division.

A graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Finance and Marketing, Kevin has acquired the in-depth knowledge and experience required of commercial asset disposition to achieve a successful and intelligent real estate background.
