Mr. Dabrowski represented Progressive Distribution Centers, Inc. in the lease of 94,600 square feet at 6101 McKean Road in Ypsilanti, Michigan along with 428,000 square feet located at 601 Memory Lane in Springettsville, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Dabrowski specializes in industrial, warehouse and distribution requirements for global clients. Mr. Dabrowski has worked with many large clients including Tower Automotive, Borg Warner, K C Logistics, Evans Distribution, and Progressive Distribution. In addition, Mr. Dabrowski is a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the Great Lakes Global Freight Gateway, whose sole purpose is to establish an international intermodal for Southeast Michigan.
Mr. Dabrowski is also very active in his local charity efforts, and has received a special tribute from Governor Snyder for his efforts with the “Quake on the Lake” event. Quake on the Lake is an annual boat racing event for the benefit of the Rainbow Connection, a Make-A-Wish organization for children with serious afflictions.
