The Landlord, FFMC, Receiver of Penobscot, leased the space to the Law Offices of Robert Birach, P.C., a law office that focuses on immigration and naturalization law. Penobscot is managed by Finsilver/Friedman Management Corporation, a Friedman company. Vice President, Steve Eisenshtadt of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
