Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 4,800 square feet of office and industrial space located at 5775 West Maple Road in West Bloomfield, Michigan. The seller, Ocean Blvd. Investments, LLC, sold the property to Trensend Properties V, LLC, who will be using the space for their psychology practice, New Oakland Family Center. The New Oakland Family Center has been serving families since 1990 with a focus on pro-active, preventive, and early intervention approaches for children, adolescents and adults. The New Oakland Family Center also has a Face to Face Crisis Intervention and Assessment Program, and is the only freestanding alternative to a hospitalization crisis program in Michigan. Senior Vice President, Todd Hawley of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the seller and the purchaser in this transaction.
