Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the lease of 4,787 square feet of office space located at Wilshire Plaza North, 900 Wilshire Drive in Troy, Michigan. The Landlord, West Huron Joint Venture, leased the space to OHorizons, LLC, a global company who is focused on strategic investment opportunities, and who utilize their experience and knowledge to increase revenues and improve profitability. Wilshire is managed by Finsilver/Friedman Management Corporation, a Friedman company. Vice President, Keith Grebinski, and Vice President Steve Eisenshtadt of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
