The Landlord, West Huron Joint Venture, leased the space to Michelin North America, Inc. Michelin North America is an international corporation that oversees tire making, R&D, and operations worldwide. Michelin North America makes and sells tires under the names of Michelin, BF Goodrich, and Uniroyal, and has 23,000 employees in 18 facilities. 900 Wilshire Drive is managed by Finsilver/Friedman Management Corporation, a Friedman company. Vice President Steve Eisenshtadt and Vice President Keith Grebinski of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
