Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the lease of 9,500 square feet of industrial space located at 425 Davison Lake Road in Oxford, Michigan. The Landlord, Dantur Development, LLC, leased the space to Carroll Stream Motor Co. Carroll Stream is an importer and distributer of off- road vehicles, along with light industrial gas and diesel engines. Larry Schultz of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
