The Landlord, 7001 Associates, LLC, leased the space to the Seton Company. Founded in 1906, the Seton Company is now a global supplier of automotive leather interiors. Senior Vice President, Todd Hawley of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the tenant and the landlord in this transaction.
