Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the lease of 5,093 square feet of office space located at 340 E. Big Beaver Road in Troy, Michigan. The Landlord, Osprey-Troy Officentre, LLC, leased the space to Vision Information Logistics, LLC (VIL). VIL was formed in Detroit in 1995 to provide outsourced vender managed inventory for home entertainment companies. In 2002, VIL partnered with two of the largest music vendors in the industry, and is now an international company. Vice President, Glenn N. DesRosiers of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
