The Landlord, Halsted Tech Center, LLC, leased the space to Soutec, Ltd. Soutec, formerly Soudronic, has been in business for over 50 years, and is an international company with state of the art technology centers in Switzerland, USA, and in the Far East. Vice President, Glenn N. DesRosiers of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
