Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the lease of 8,222 square feet of office space located at 12900 Hall Road in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The Landlord, Sterling Limited Partnership, leased the space to Visiting Nurse Services of Michigan, Inc, (VNSM), a subsidiary of McLaren Health Care, who has been ranked as the top health system in Michigan, and one of the top 25 health systems in the nation. VNSM is a company that manages home health services including; home medical equipment, infusion, and hospice services. Vice President, Glenn N. DesRosiers of Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. represented the landlord in this transaction.
