Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the lease of 2,972 square feet of office space located at 36700 Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.  The Landlord, 1400 Woodward Associates, LLC, c/o G.J. Slagon & Associates, leased the space to Ward Williston Oil Company, Inc.  Founded in 1952, Ward Williston is one of the oldest and most prestigious oil companies in North Dakota, is independently owned, and makes safety a top priority.  Vice President, Glenn N. DesRosiers of Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. represented the tenant in this transaction.
