Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 25,000 square feet of church/school space located at 1705, 1715, 1725 E. Forest in Ypsilanti, Michigan.  The seller, Catholic Diocese of Lansing, sold the property to Midwest Creative Investments, who will be converting the property into a charter school.  Vice President, Paul Feldman and Vice President, Rob Hibbert of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the seller and the purchaser in this transaction.
