Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the lease of 3,806 square feet of office space located at 25330 Telegraph Road in Southfield, Michigan. The Landlord, Raleigh Officentre Associates, LLC, leased the space to Securitas Security Services USA, Inc, the oldest and largest security company in the world. Securitas dates back to 1850 when Allen Pinkerton of Chicago founded Pinkerton’s National Detective Agency. After many acquisitions and expansions later, in July of 2003 all of their operations in the U.S. were united under the name Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. Securitas is currently an international company that offers a range of services including; guarding, patrols, inspections, access control, concierge, receptionist, security console operators, alarm response, and specialized client requests. Securitas has approximately 250,000 employees in more than 30 countries, and works with more than 80% of the Fortune 1000 companies. Vice President, Glenn N.
