Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 64,450 square feet of industrial space located at 15800 Tireman Road in Detroit, Michigan. The seller, Brockman Properties, LLC, sold the property to Blue Estar Trading, LLC, a company who specializes in the selling and exporting of used automobiles.  Robert Frank, Associate Broker of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the seller and the purchaser in this transaction.
