Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 4,046 square feet of retail space located at 3860 W. 12 Mile Road in Berkley, Michigan. The seller, Sidney and Carol Lifton, sold the property to Karl Schaefer and Todd Schaefer, who will be using the space for their stamp and coin business. Vice President Paul Feldman of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the seller and purchaser in this transaction.
