Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the lease of three transactions totaling 16,716 square feet of office space to Kramer-Triad Management Group, LLC.  The offices are located in Ann Arbor, Novi, and Troy.  Kramer-Triad Management Group is part of the Associa Group of Companies, an established leader in community association management.  Kramer-Triad offers a variety of services, such as association management, community websites, insurance, and developer consulting.  Vice President Glenn N. DesRosiers of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the tenant, and two of the three landlord’s in these transactions.
