The Landlord, Newtower Trust Company Multi Employer Property Trust, leased the space to Avatech Solutions, Inc. Avatech Solutions is a national company dedicated to helping their clients design, develop, and manage their products more effectively. Vice President Steve Eisenshtadt and Vice President Bob Moon of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
