Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 4,085 square feet of retail space located at 3033-3035 Biddle in Wyandotte, Michigan. The seller, Shiffer Investments, LLC, sold the property to M. L. Sawicki, LLC. The building is currently vacant on the first floor, and will soon become the home to the Good Eats Café; the second floor is occupied by a law firm.
