Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 62,000 square feet of industrial space located at 40675 Mound Road in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The seller, UJV Properties, LLC, sold the property to Casadei Structural Steel, Inc., a steel manufacturer. Larry Schultz of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the seller in this transaction.
