Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the lease of 99,937 square feet of industrial space located at 11800 Sears Drive, Livonia, Michigan. The Landlord, FR Sears Drive, LLC, leased the space to West Win, Ltd., a national supplier of windshield wash and RV antifreeze to major retailers. West Win, Ltd. has three company owned manufacturing sites, and seven other manufacturing facilities. West Win is headquartered in North Carolina, and has been in the Detroit area since 2001. Vice President, Glenn N. DesRosiers of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the tenant in this transaction.
