Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the lease of 11,488 square feet of flex space located at 40000 Grand River Avenue in Novi, Michigan. The Landlord, Ericar Co., LLC, leased the space to Gecom Corporation, a global company, and one of the world’s largest manufacturers of door latches, trunk locks, door handles, and other automotive components. Gecom was established in Greensburg, Indiana in 1987, and currently has 40 manufacturing facilities in the United States, Thailand, China, and Japan. Vice President Glenn N. DesRosiers of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
