Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 11,342 square feet of industrial space located at 325 Pearl Street in Plymouth, Michigan. The seller, Russell Austin, sold the property to RR Pearl Investments, LLC, who plans on turning the space into a multi-tenant industrial building. Robert Frank of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the seller in this transaction.
