Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 5,154 square feet of retail space located at 102 Tecumseh in Dundee, Michigan. The seller, Monroe Bank & Trust, sold the property to Canales Harpster, LLC, who will be re-opening the restaurant space as La Fiesta Mexican restaurant. This will be the second La Fiesta restaurant that will be owned and operated by the buyer. Greg Hornby of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the seller and purchaser in this transaction.
