The Landlord, US REIF 325 North Old Woodward MI, LLC, leased the space to 34 Fly, LLC, d.b.a. SNAP Fitness, a fast-growing national fitness franchise, which is based out of Minnesota, with fitness centers in Canada and the United States. Senior Vice President Todd Hawley, and Vice President Harry Cohn of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the tenant in this transaction.
